What Working With Me in a Reiki Looks Like

I believe Reiki is most supportive when it is offered within a clear, grounded, and collaborative container. My intention is to create a process that feels safe, transparent, and centered around your comfort and autonomy.
We begin with a brief 15-minute consultation call to explore whether working together feels like a good fit. This is a space for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of my approach before committing to a session.
When we meet for a Reiki session, I start by asking what you would like to focus on that day. From there, we co-create the session together. You are offered choices throughout, including how you would like to receive Reiki, whether you prefer music or silence, lighting preferences, blankets, positioning (lying down or seated), and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
For virtual sessions, I offer guidance for creating a calming and supportive environment at home so you can feel grounded in your own space.
During the session, you are welcome to speak, ask questions, pause at any time, or remain in silence. There is no expectation to perform relaxation or experience anything in a particular way. The focus is simply on creating space for your system to settle and for your own awareness to emerge naturally.
After the session, we take time to debrief. If it feels helpful, I may offer reflection prompts or suggestions for continued integration between sessions. We also check in together at appropriate intervals to see how the work is feeling and whether it continues to be supportive for you.
I believe healing work is most effective when it has a clear beginning, middle, and end — not an open-ended sense of uncertainty. My goal is to help you feel grounded in your process, supported in your choices, and clear about what you are engaging in at every step. If you are interested in a free 15 min discovery call with me to explore working together, go to 6rayhealing.com/services to book. I would love to support you.
