Reiki Offerings at 6 Ray Healing
What is Reiki?
My relationship with Reiki speaks of a specific, powerful yet gentle frequency of the Universal One Source. It was discovered by Master Usui in the early 1920s in Japan and is known today as a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes self healing.
Reiki is never harmful; it is channeled through the practitioner rather than created by them. Reiki does not replace medical or psychological care, but it can support and enhance physical, emotional, and mental healing. It is a simple yet profoundly effective energy that helps humans and animals remember who they are as divine beings and greatly accelerates spiritual connection and self-healing. ​Hypnotherapy Protcol for All Sessions
Hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for relaxation, personal growth, and transformation. You can start any hypnotherapy session by messaging me here to determine if hypnotherapy is a good option for you.
However, for your safety and well-being, there are some important guidelines:

Must be 48 hours sober from alcohol or recreational substances
-
Must limit caffeine to one AM cup of coffee or similar
-
Not suitable during psychosis, active mental health crisis, or addiction
-
Must consult medical/mental health providers if under supervision or currently in therapy/seeing a prescriber for prescription medication
-
Hypnosis is not suitable for folks taking sedative-hypnotic drugs
