What is Reiki?
My relationship with Reiki speaks of a specific, powerful yet gentle frequency of the Universal One Source. It was discovered by Master Usui in the early 1920s in Japan and is known today as a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes self healing.
Reiki is never harmful; it is channeled through the practitioner rather than created by them. Reiki does not replace medical or psychological care, but it can support and enhance physical, emotional, and mental healing. It is a simple yet profoundly effective energy that helps humans and animals remember who they are as divine beings and greatly accelerates spiritual connection and self-healing
