Spend some quiet time alone. 15-20 minutes should work. Light a candle or use some incense if you would like to open up your senses and create a calming space.
Take three deep breaths, in through the nose and slowly out through the mouth.
Set the intention of connecting to your true self, the self who observes and is not in the middle of the thoughts and emotions.
Ask yourself what beliefs you hold that feel restrictive or limiting. Where did they come from?
What prevents you from taking a step now. Is it fear? If so, what is the fear about? What does your mind think can happen that it wants to protect you from?
Check your mindset. Do you believe in possibility and solutions? If not, what prevents you from the idea that everything changes...meaning, things can also improve, not just get worse.
Affirmations:
I reject self-imposed limitations.
I work to become aware of any beliefs that might restrict my growth or achievements. If I feel stuck, I can ask for support.
I embrace action.
I take a step and see how it feels. Either it works out or I learn from the experience.
I have a mindset of possibility.
I believe in my capabilities and potential for further development.
