Full Moon in Taurus Practice

Emotions can be more extreme during the full moon and we can pick up the external energy of other people and situations, too. Full moon energy can manifest in different ways—you may feel creative, anxious, sensitive, or exhausted.


I like to sit in gratitude during the full moon, reflecting upon my goals and experiences. I consider the dreams that I am looking towards and recommit to them and to my relationship with myself and my loved ones.


Here's a quick reflection practice for this full moon in Taurus, which includes the energy of your finances, connecting with family and friends, pleasure, comfort and security.


Find yourself in a comfortable position. Breathe in through your nose and out slowly through your mouth, releasing any attachments, releasing any stress, releasing any energy that does not serve your self reflection and inquiry.


1.) How am I feeling? What is the message this emotion is sending to me? Is this feeling old? Recent?

2.) What do I need in order to release this emotion?

3.) What relationships need my attention? Is it my relationship to myself? And others? What can I say or do in order to bring about more connection?

4.) Am I acting in integrity in my relationships or am I wearing masks?

5.) Where do I need to act with more empowerment? Do I feel victimized in any area of my life?

6.) What pleasure or comfort is calling to me and how can I fulfill it?
