This required 15-minute consultation serves as our point of connection to see if we are a fit to work together at this time. Whether you are an organization looking to build a resilient workplace culture, a leader seeking customized professional development workshops, or someone who is ready to connect back to your somatic wisdom, this call is our space to map out what it could look like to work together. Please note: My practice is structured strictly around brief, action-oriented somatic architecture and high-level workforce consulting. This call is a screening tool for these specific frameworks and is not an intake for traditional, open-ended talk therapy or trauma processing. Investment: Fees & Packages: Standard investment fees for my 1-1 consultation services are $120/hr or $180 for 90 minutes. Organizational & Team Workshops: Custom facilitation is offered as a comprehensive project package. This includes an initial leadership needs-investigation, a custom somatic toolkit, a curated presentation deck, and live workshop delivery. • Session Add-Ons: Ongoing virtual somatic consultation sessions for individuals or teams can be seamlessly integrated into any contract upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Nervous System Calm By booking, you agree to these foundational terms designed to protect our shared healing space: • Scope of Practice: Services by Karen Oberhill, MA, LPC, are integrative and complementary. They support somatic growth and self-awareness but do not replace professional medical care, psychiatric care, or licensed mental health treatment. Karen does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee (emergencies/illness excepted). • Session Safety & Clarity: Please refrain from alcohol or non-prescribed substances for 48 hours prior to your appointment. Sessions will be canceled without a refund if substance use compromises safety or clinical clarity. • Responsibility & Confidentiality: Your sessions are strictly confidential. By participating, you accept full, voluntary responsibility for your own well-being, choices, and outcomes.
