Cancellation Policy
Welcome to 6 Ray Healing! By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms designed to support a safe, clear, and professional healing environment. Scope of Practice & Results The services provided by Karen (Ren) Oberhill are intended to support personal growth, healing, self-awareness, and integration. They are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical care, psychiatric care, crisis services, or licensed mental health treatment. No Medical Claims: Ren is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment. Please continue to work closely with your licensed medical and mental health providers. The Healing Response: Because holistic and spiritual healing experiences are unique to each individual, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients may experience emotional, energetic, or physical shifts following a session, sometimes referred to as a “healing response.” This may include temporary fatigue, emotional release, vivid dreams, or increased sensitivity in the 24–48 hours following a session. Please care for yourself and your body, spend time in nature if you like, drink water, and get some good rest. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for communicating your needs, boundaries, and concerns throughout our time together, and for making informed decisions regarding your own care. All information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or explicit written permission is given. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable. Session Safety & Clarity To ensure the safety, clarity, and depth of your energetic healing, please refrain from using alcohol or non-prescribed substances for 48 hours prior to your session. If a practitioner determines a session cannot safely proceed due to substance use, the appointment will be canceled and the session fee will not be refunded. Assumption of Responsibility By participating in services with 6 Ray Healing LLC, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in holistic services and accept full responsibility for your own well-being, choices, and outcomes.
