Reiki and Hypnotherapy Regression Journey Terms and Conditions

Client Agreement

By booking a hypnotherapy regression session with 6 Ray Healing and practitioner Karen (Ren) Oberhill, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.Eligibility & Sobriety

Substance-Free Requirement: For the clarity and safety of this work, you agree to be free from alcohol, caffeine, marijuana, recreational drugs, and any mind-altering or sedating medications for at least 48 hours before your session (unless small amounts of caffeine and/or a prescription medication has been discussed and approved in advance).
6 Ray Healing does not provide services for individuals experiencing psychosis, active addiction or dissociation, acute mental health crises, or diagnosed mental illness that requires psychiatric care.

2. Nature of Services

Sessions are intended to complement your personal healing journey and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
Karen (Ren) Oberhill is not a medical doctor or practitioner and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or promise to treat or cure disease.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every person’s experience is unique. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed which is why you must book a Intake and Consultation session before starting any 6 Ray Healing process.
Insight, healing, or transformation may unfold gradually or in unexpected ways. Ren is available for scheduled appointments only and not for emergency sessions.

4. Financial Responsibility

The session fees cover the practitioner’s time and expertise, not a promised result.
Full payment is required even if you feel the session did not “work” as expected.
At the practitioner’s sole discretion, if it becomes clear during the session that services cannot be provided, the practitioner will discuss that with the client immediately and we will create a plan for next steps.

5. Possible Healing Response

You may experience emotional release, fatigue, vivid dreams, sensitivities or other shifts for 24–48 hours afterward. Insights may come in weeks or months after your sessions. This is a natural “healing response.” You are welcome to discuss any effects with Ren in a follow-up 1-1 mentoring session.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law (danger to self/others, or suspected child/elder abuse).
You may be asked to consent to a recording of your hypnotherapy session, if you have booked one. You must let the practitioner know if you do NOT want your session recorded.
Some unidentifiable session details may be referenced anonymously for professional learning or for other professional work. Your name will be changed to protect your privacy. Please let your practitioner know if you do not wish to be included in any professional publishing, videos or general work.

7. Records

Session notes are kept securely for seven (7) years and accessible only to Karen (Ren) Oberhill.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Prepayment: Sessions are prepaid in full at the time of booking.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.
Ren Oberhill reserves the right to deny client bookings if they have a history of rescheduling (2 or more sessions.)
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will be charged the full session fee and will not be refunded.

Consent & Release

By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and release Karen (Ren) Oberhill, 6 Ray Healing, and any affiliated facilities from liability related to these services. You consent to being audio/video recorded during your session for your own reference and/or the practitioner’s educational purposes. You understand that these recordings will remain confidential and will not be shared without your explicit permission.
