Reiki is both an energy healing practice and a spiritual path back to your light.
I discovered Reiki at one of my lowest points. I was exhausted from over-giving, people-pleasing, shrinking myself, and staying quiet. My health suffered. I stepped away from systems that didn’t honor my well-being and began healing patterns I carried from my family line. I also began untangling the ways patriarchal structures had shaped how I related to power.
Reiki guided me back to my light — and back to my own authority.
Now, I support women — and the animals they love — in doing the same.

This offering is full of light, wisdom and practical experience to orient yourself through the Tarot as a compass, not a predictor of the future or of doom. The cards become a living conversation supporting self-trust, spiritual integration and real-life intuitive clarity.

• Are not currently in acute crisis or navigating psychosis or active addiction
If you are in a more urgent or tender season, I deeply encourage working with licensed medical or mental health providers who can offer the level of care you deserve right now.

About Me
I’m an Intuitive Counselor, Reiki Practitioner, and Teacher for both humans and animals. I have nearly 20 years of experience walking beside others through healing and life transitions.
My work blends deep spiritual heart with grounded wisdom, centered in the gentle yet powerful Universal Life Force energy of Reiki.
As a former private practice therapist, I integrate embodied, evidence-informed practices with spiritual intuition and energy healing. I honor both the nervous system and the soul. My approach is steady, present, and attuned.
I support people in reconnecting with their Wise Selves, their intuitive gifts, their purpose, and the Divine Support that has always been with them.
My Philosophy
My mentoring and apprenticeship offerings are alignment-based. Entering a healing container is sacred, and it matters to me that we begin on the same page.
I do not position myself as the authority over your life. You are the expert on you.
Most of my containers are intentionally short-term. My role is not to create dependency, but to help you strengthen trust in your own inner guidance.
My Reiki offerings allow your — or your animal’s — intuition and pacing to lead. I believe this creates the most empowering, sustainable, and uplifting healing experience.

Why I Do This Work
Nearly every person I’ve worked with carries some version of the same core wound:
“It’s not safe to be fully myself.”
Somewhere along the way, beliefs may have formed:

Reiki helps restore balance across mind, body, and spirit. It allows us to gently reflect on wounding without re-traumatizing ourselves. Reiki brings us home — to our unique light, our purpose, and who we truly are.
