Group Sound and Holistic Healing Session

Service Description

For up to 15 participants: Enjoy the gentle release of sound frequency and healing techniques utilizing sound therapy. Emotional release can be manageable and relaxing. You may opt for a full session of sound healing or receive intuitive guidance for a portion of the session. Additional options to add include journaling for release, energy healing, guided meditations, movement and breath instruction.
